Inkspress Return Policy

At Inkspress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your products, and the service that you receive.  If you receive products in unsatisfactory condition we will be happy to review the products and the original order, and replace or refund the cost of any damaged items.

Please keep your products in the original packaging.  Do not return products to the return address on the package, as we have multiple facilities that we ship our products from. 

Please contact our customer support department at support@inkspress.com or 1-866-INKSPRESS (1-866-465-7773) within two weeks of receiving your products.   A customer support representative will help you with the return process and provide you with the correct return address.  Please have your order number ready.

We do not accept unauthorized returns.
