Order Cancellations

If you request cancellation of an order, Inkspress will make every effort to get the order cancelled.

If production on the order has not yet begun, no cancellation fees will apply.

If pre-production set-up has begun on the order, there may be cancellation charges that apply directly from the manufacturer.

If production has begun on an item, unfortunately, we cannot stop the order. We can, however, prevent the order from being shipped or redirect it. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.
