Can I get promotional product samples before placing an order?
Usually, we will be able to provide you with product samples before you order your promotional items. Simply contact us at support@inkspress.com or 1-866-INKSPRESS (1-866-465-7773) to request a sample. Please provide us with the product category, name, and item number. As a registered user, you can receive your first sample free for items under $5.00, if approved. For additional samples, or items over $5.00, please contact customer service at support@inkspress.com or 1-866-INKSPRESS (1-866-465-7773) for assistance. Once you become a registered Inkspress customer you may receive additional free samples based on account activity. Sample colors and sizes will be randomly chosen by the manufacturer. All samples are subject to availability and approval by Inkspress.
