Uploading Artwork

If you have a graphic that you would like to upload from your local computer, you can use the "Upload Art" option during the order process. This will allow you to find the file on your computer by clicking the "Browse" button. You will see a browse window that will let you navigate to your art file. The process is very similar to attaching a file to an email message. Find the graphic and click the "open" button. Next, click on the "Upload" button to upload your artwork to your order.

Preferred Art Formats

We prefer that you send artwork in any of the following formats:

Adobe Illustrator
- Up to version 9
- Must be a true Illustrator file (created in Illustrator, not imported)
- Convert all text to curves

CorelDraw
- Up to version 9
- Must be a true CorelDraw file (created in CorelDraw, not imported)
- Convert all text to curves

Macromedia Freehand
- Up to version 8
- Must be a true Freehand file (created in Freehand, not imported)
- Convert all text to curves

Adobe Photoshop
- Up to version 5

We will accept artwork in almost any other format, however it will have to be recreated by our art staff in a format that is acceptable for printing.  There is no charge for recreating simple logos or artwork, up to one hour.  For recreating more complex artwork, or for modifications that take longer than one hour, there will be a $35.00 charge per hour after the first hour.

Hard Copy Art

In order to ensure that we have received your artwork correctly, we can make a hard copy of your graphic for you to view and approve.  This way you can feel confident that your products will be printed exactly as you intended.  If you select the artwork approval option in the artwork section of the order process, we will save a copy of your artwork in .jpeg format to your personal artwork folder.  We will then notify you by email that your artwork is ready for you to approve.  If you would like to send us your own hard copy of your artwork, you may do so by uploading or emailing it to us as a .jpeg or .gif.
